Injection Molding.
Vacuum Forming.
Thermoforming.
Apon Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a Bangladesh-based plastics manufacturer founded by Mr. Anisuz Zaman, with 36 years of injection-process experience. From our facility in Rupshi, Narayanganj we deliver injection molding, sheet extrusion, vacuum forming, thermoforming, screen printing, and tube container production under one roof — for medical, food service, electronics, and agricultural customers.
Plastics, end-to-end.
From idea to production.
Apon Plastic Industries Pvt. Ltd. specialises in injection molding and processing, alongside vacuum forming and thermoforming, with in-house screen and thermo printing for decoration. Our newest facilities are now open and operating — still in active development as we bring more lines online — letting us take a part from concept to a finished, decorated, packed unit without leaving our floor.
Behind the company is 36 years of hands-on injection-process experience. Apon was founded by Mr. Anisuz Zaman, whose career began as a stowaway to Japan and a job at Nishiba in Kyogo, then a posting to Mexico as President, and ultimately the opening of the first branch of Apon Industries in 1998. The Bangladesh plastics division broke ground in 2016 and has grown steadily since.
In 2024 we sold our share of the parent company. Apon Bangladesh now operates independently — under the same leadership, with the same philosophy, and with the same team that has run this plant since day one.
We operate on a philosophy of transparency — integrity and quality above all else. That same philosophy is what allowed Mr. Anisuz to build the first branch when partners like Sanyo loaned the facilities, machinery, materials, and labour on the strength of his commitment alone.
From Kyogo to Mexico to Rupshi.
Idea. Tool. Mold.
Decorate. Ship.
Every step required to take a plastic part from concept to packed unit — injection, extrusion, vacuum forming, thermoforming, screen printing, and tube container production all under one roof in Rupshi, Narayanganj.
Five injection molding machines plus three high-speed cells. Tight tolerances, repeatable cycle times, and 36 years of in-house process know-how.
Three vacuum forming machines and two thermoforming machines — trays, lids, panels, and packaging in a wide gauge range.
In-house sheet extrusion line means the feedstock for our forming cells is produced under our own quality controls.
Design and tooling done internally, with time-tested partnerships with mold makers in China for production-grade tools.
Branding, serialization, and decoration done on-site — screen printing and thermo printing fully integrated with the line.

A taste of what we ship.
Examples of parts that come off our line — medical components for partners like Becton Dickinson and Square, food service items, electronics housings, and agricultural products. Most new projects start with something we have already made.
Industries we serve.
Components and devices for Becton Dickinson, Square Pharmaceuticals, Incepta, and other medical partners.
Disposable containers, cutlery, biscuit trays — food-safe injection & thermoform production.
Housings and components for Walton, Rancon, and other consumer electronics manufacturers.
Egg trays, sprinkler bodies, irrigation fittings, and farm-grade plastic parts.
What’s coming next.
Active investment areas — the projects we are building toward over the next twelve to eighteen months as the Bangladesh division scales up.
The next phase doubles down on what already works — integrated injection & forming, in-house decoration, RJG-trained operators — while opening new lines for food packaging, exports, and medical-adjacent training.
Why choose Apon?
Apon brings 36 years of injection-process experience and a fully integrated plant — design, tooling, molding, decoration, and inspection in one place. Our partnerships with mold makers in China are time-tested, our technicians are RJG-certified, and our process is documented top to bottom.
Above all, we run on the philosophy Mr. Anisuz Zaman built the company on: transparency, integrity, and quality. The same trust that earned us loaned equipment from Sanyo at the start is what we extend to every customer today.
